Mrs. Richmond's Pre-Schoolers
Preschool and the Cass County Library have been teaming up together for a preschool story hour together for the last 10 years. The library has read many fantastic stories, taught the kids some exciting songs, and made awesome crafts. When the weather is cooperative, the preschool classes walk to the library for the story time and checking out books. On the walk, the students enjoy learning about road safety, watching for seasonal changes, looking at decorations on the homes, and getting some exercise. During inclement weather, the Cass County Library ladies come to the preschool classroom. Ms. Amber reads and leads the songs and Ms. Ellen takes some fun pictures to document the activities which are posted to their Facebook page. This has been a wonderful opportunity for community involvement that we thoroughly enjoy.
