New Medicine Balls for the Weight Room
The Drexel Bobcats Booster Club purchased new medicine balls for the weight room. This premium medicine ball set includes 15 weighted balls ranging from 4 to 14 pounds and a storage rack. Each ball has a heavy duty cover with reinforced seams to withstand long-term heavy use. The compact 10" diameter design of the balls allows for easier handling and better control. This equipment will assist our athletes in strength training, conditioning, overall fitness and injury rehabilitation. The purchase of this equipment was made possible through a generous donation by Lyn Torok with assistance from the Penn State Alumni Club.
