Air Purifiers with HEPA Filters RFP
The Drexel R-IV School District invites bids for the purchase of air purifiers with HEPA filter.
Specifications include:
- 60 air purifiers with HEPA filter
- Portable
- Power – 110 volts
- Adjustable Fan Speed
- Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) – minimum of 300
- Room Air-minimum of two (2) rotations per hour
- HEPA Filter – removes 99.9% of particles down to 0.3 microns
- HEPA Filter Life – change rate between 9-12 months
- Low Noise Output – 25-50 decibels
- Coverage Area – minimum of 1,100 square feet
District will be utilizing federal funds. The proposal should include itemized pricing for equipment, materials, freight and other costs.
Bids are due no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, November 19th, 2021. To be considered, an electronic copy of the proposal must be received by Terry Mayfield via email (tmayfield@drexelbobcats.net).
